How to Add an Event
Log In to Your Calendar and Select the Event Date
- Click a day cell in the calendar to add a new event.
- Add your event title.
Set the Event Time
- Define whether this is an all-day event or set specific start and end times.
- When you set a start time, the end time will auto-populate based on the default time increment (e.g. 30 min, 1 hour). This time increment can be configured in Settings → Options.
(Optional) Set the Event as Repeating
Use the repeating event settings for anything that happens on a schedule. Options include:
- Daily (every day, every 2 days, etc.)
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Yearly
Choose Calendar(s)
Every event must be associated with at least one calendar. Think of calendars as layers or sub-calendars, which are useful for filtering, color-coding, and managing who sees or edits events. You can also use them to prevent double booking.
Add Descriptions and Images
Add a description, upload an image, or attach files to your event. Visitors or users will see this in the event detail pop-up.
Save (or Save Draft)
- Click Save to publish the event.
- If you’re not ready to publish it yet, click Save Draft — drafts remain hidden from public view.
- To delete an event, open it with the editor and click Delete.
