Import a CSV or .ics file to CalendarWiz+

CalendarWiz+ makes it easy to import events into your calendar using a CSV or .ics file. Here are the steps:

Step 1. Prepare Your CSV File

Before importing, make sure your file is formatted correctly. You can download a sample file in Settings > Import Events.

Note: This step is not necessary if exporting from CalendarWiz Classic.

Tip: If your file includes custom fields or incorrect headers, the import may fail.

Step 2: Import Your File

Once your file is ready, follow these steps:

• Log in as a calendar administrator
• Click the Settings ⚙️ icon in the top menu
• Select Import Events
• Click Import File
• Choose your prepared file and click Upload
• When the upload is complete, click Process
• Click Ready For Review next to your file name
• Click Continue to move to the next step
• Choose the calendar name(s) and colors for your imported events
• Click Import to complete the process

Step 3: Review Your Calendar

Once the import finishes, your events should appear on your calendar. You can edit, color-code, or move events as needed after the import.
