- Select Export.
- Choose your export options (details below).
- Click Export to generate your file.
Export Options
Begin Date
What it does:
Sets the starting date for the events you want to export.
Only events occurring on or after this date will be included.
Example:
If you enter January 1, events before January 1 will not appear in the export file.
End Date
What it does:
Sets the ending date for the export.
Only events occurring on or before this date will be included.
Tip:
Make sure your end date fully covers the time range you need, especially if events span multiple days.
Calendars to Export
What it does:
Allows you to choose which calendars to include in the export file.
You can:
- Export a single calendar
- Export multiple calendars
- Export all available calendars
This is especially useful if you manage separate calendars for teams, departments, locations, or event types.
What Gets Exported
Your export file will include events that:
- Fall within the selected begin and end date range
- Belong to the calendars you selected
Depending on your configuration, exported data may include:
- Event title
- Date and time
- Location
- Description
- Additional event details
Troubleshooting
Some events are missing
- Double-check your Begin Date and End Date.
- Confirm the correct Calendars are selected.
- Make sure events fall within the selected date range.
The first event in my range didn’t export
Ensure your begin date starts before or on the actual event date and time. If needed, set the begin date one day earlier to ensure inclusion.
Too many events in the file
Narrow your date range or reduce the number of selected calendars.
